Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, cases, and tags.

How to start a return

Message us at [your support email] (or WhatsApp) with your order number and a short reason. We’ll share the return address and next steps.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders (card / JazzCash / Easypaisa): refunded to your original payment method or mobile wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Exchanges

Want a different piece instead of a refund? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, items showing clear signs of use or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
